We are an ambitious Technical team with room for diversity and great potential for developing your professional skill set. You will get a chance to put your personal touch on your daily tasks in a team with a wide set of academic and independent profiles.
What will your day look like?
As a developer, you’ll be responsible understanding the technical structure of a client project. Identifying client requirements by researching concept, strategy, and target for the project; develop workflows, a lot of coding, work out technical specifications and test methods. You will be creating deployment plans and estimates for new and existing clients.
You will work close to the client together with architects, developers, project managers, application consultant, designers, data specialists etc. You will be responsible for implementing projects in corporation with the project team by using agile methodologies like Scrum.
Some of the main tasks you can expect to be involved in:
- you will contribute to product implementation/customization
- you will work out estimates for new and existing clients
- you will be contributing to deliver Adobe Campaign projects on time and on budget
- you will provide feedback, summary and information about projects situation
- you will participate in daily scrum meetings
- you will breakdown projects into manageable chunks
- you will agree plans with the client
- you will be responsible for test and maintenance of client applications and platforms
What do you bring to the party?
You are an ambitious developer, who contributes to achieving the high quality/level, which we constantly strive for.
The ideal candidate will have a previous experience gained at an agency, working with digital sales and or marketing solutions, experience in Workflow Engines, having good English skills and between 3-5 years’ experience as a developer. Marketing domain knowledge could be a “nice to have” capability.
You have worked with client based projects and know how to service clients as well as understanding how to turn business requirements into to excellent technical solutions. You will often have a consulting role when meeting clients and as a member of a project team. This means you are not afraid to speak in meetings or to express your views to the solutions. You are a very good communicator who is able to explain complex technical solutions in simple business language, are able to handle deadlines within agreed budget.
As a person you are outgoing, are self-motivated and will always make sure you are up-to-date with your project. You contribute to the working environment with a positive attitude, are always helpful and labelled as a team player.
