Marketing Coordinator for Microsoft (Swedish speaking)

What will your day look like?
In the role as our new Marketing Coordinator, you will plan, execute, and manage campaigns for Microsoft from our Wunderman Thompson MAP office in Stockholm. You will spend a lot of time reviewing and localising content for the Swedish market. Acting as the point of contact, you will also coordinate with local agencies, social media/creative teams, and other stakeholders. More specifically, your tasks include:
- End-to-end planning, execution, and analysis
- Reviewing and translation of campaign content
- Ensuring that campaigns are running seamlessly
- Driving on-going optimisation of campaign execution and tracking
- Producing local content from global assets (localisation review, short form copy translation from English).
Who are you going to work for?
You will be employed by Wunderman Thompson MAP to help our client, Microsoft. Our Marketing Coordinators work in ‘blended’ teams and as such, you will be collaborating with local and global team members, and your peers are based across the Nordic countries and other markets in Western Europe.

With your proactive and flexible attitude, you can work effectively across different teams acting as the link between stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and persistent, and you know when to do research and when to make a quick decision. In addition, you have:
- A relevant degree combined with 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Perfect fluency in Swedish and English, enabling you to produce content with flawless grammar and spelling
- A natural flair for project coordination and management
- A business understanding
- A strong interest in marketing, retail, and the technology sector
- Additional language skills are considered a plus.
