Spanish-speaking Student Assistant

Can you facilitate great collaboration among your colleagues? Do you take initiative and follow through on tasks? Would you like a student position in a leading agency that loves promoting and growing the talents of our people? Then you might be just the one we are looking for!

A digital leader within customer relations

Wunderman Nordic is a unique organisation, delivering high-impact digital marketing experiences that enrich and evolve brand-consumer relationships.

With the brain of a consultancy and the heart of an agency, we work with some of the most admired brands within sport, fashion, FMCG, retail, travel & hospitality, pharma and finance.

What will your day look like?

In the role as our new student assistant, you will take part in organising and coordinating key client projects. Your job is to help ensure a high level of quality when we deliver projects on time and within budget. More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Planning and tracking of project scope
  • Coordinating product backlogs and support on user stories and requirements
  • Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
  • Coordinating relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Reporting project status, and processing and implementing change requests.

Who are you going to work with?

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinating project managers, designers, user experience architects and developers. At our offices in Østerbro in Copenhagen, you will have competent teammates who always go the extra mile to help one another, and you can look forward to being supported every step of the way.

What do you bring to the table?

You are easy-going with a proactive, positive mind-set. You work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that arise. As you will be coordinating several projects simultaneously, you are an organised person who can keep perspective while paying attention to details. In addition, you have:

  • An interest in working with digital marketing and technical projects
  • Knowledge of scrum and the Atlassian tool-chain (not required but an advantage)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
