Technical Project Release Manager

Do you have experience driving and releasing digital product development projects? Are you keen to implement and manage release processes for code through development, test, and production environments? Then you might be the one to join our growing Product Development team in Copenhagen or Madrid, and strengthen our project deliveries and releases! 

What will your day look like? 

In the role as our new Technical Project & Release Manager, you will be responsible for managing development teams, delivering projects on time and be responsible for driving and releasing project deliveries.  

Your job is to ensure a high level of quality, delivering projects and releases on time and within budget. Your role will have two areas of responsibility. 

Within Release Management, your tasks include: 

  • Manage and coordinate release activities, ensuring deliverables are on time  
  • Secure the right quality and execution of release activities from start to deployment 
  • Merge code branches and deploy environments so that UAT, SIT and Smoke tests can be performed in time 
  • Release Communication 
  • Optimize release management processes 

Within Technical Project Management, your tasks include: 

  • Developing project scopes, timelines, and project plans  
  • Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources 
  • Proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized 
  • Managing projects, which includes securing progress and ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget 
  • Project reporting  
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders  
  • Plan UAT with the client and internal stakeholders

In Copenhagen or Madrid, you will have a central role in our Product Department working closely together with Solution Architects, UX Designers, Developers, and Testers.   • 3+ years of relevant experience working with digital product development 
  • Experience with managing and implementing development projects  
  • A conceptual and technical understanding of complex technical solutions in general 
  • The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently 
  • Great communication skills, enabling you to translate “business language” into technical language and the other way round  
  • Solid coordination skills 
  • Great communication skills in English
