What will your day look like? 

As our new Producer, you will join our growing Experience Design & Communications team. Your job will be to drive the creative production and oversee the creative process. You will make sure that a project moves forward, whilst ensuring that the quality of work is excellent. Therefore, it is particularly important for us that you understand the creative process - that is creating a customer journey, telling a selling story, and helping our clients transform to become truly digital. You will also help optimise the creative process and you will work closely with our resource management team.  

Once you have settled in your new role, we hope you will be able to see what each specialist in our Experience Design & Communications team can bring to the table, making sure everyone knows what to do and when to do it. In this role you will gain a detailed understanding of the user experience, channel by channel content requirements and the ability to consult on content planning, strategy, and execution. 

Your tasks will include: 

  • Bridging the gap between our Client Services team and the Experience Design & Communications team 
  • Taking in new briefs, initiating projects and getting the right specialists involved, and evaluating and contributing to the level of quality along the way 
  • Understanding and improving strategic and creative processes 
  • Managing the internal workflow and documenting projects 
  • Editing presentations – both text and visuals 
  • Leading and supporting the team to deliver the best creative solutions that comply with the schedule and budget 
  • Coordinating with external partners regarding print houses, talents/models, and voiceovers 
  • The job is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and will therefore require that you are able to work from our headquarters office in Copenhagen. 

Who are you going to work with? 

You will become part of the Experience Design & Communications Team in our office, centrally located in Copenhagen. Here you will join a tight-knit team where Strategists work side-by-side with creatives, UX Designers, Project Managers, Data Scientists and Developers to create customer journeys and experiences for our clients.  

You will get a chance to work with experienced people who will help you do your best work. You will get plenty of opportunity to apply your expertise and experience, while further developing your professional skillset. What you bring to the table? 

The ideal candidate is a confident and driven individual with a sharp sense of quality. You have project management skills with the ability to anticipate problems, adapt and prevent them from arising. Moreover, we expect you to be able to work proactively and independently while promoting process improvements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

We expect you to have a good understanding of both written and visual communication, and we consider it a plus if you have storytelling abilities or experience running a film project. In short, we are looking for a true team player to help us reach great new heights. In addition, you have: 

  • 1-3 years of relevant producer experience – maybe you have film production experience, experience running a creative studio or have worked in an in-house agency 
  • Have a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with translating briefs into kick-ass work 
  • An excellent understanding of the creative process 
  • A proactive and agile mindset, and an eagerness to learn and solve problems 
  • Flawless English skills - both in writing and verbally.
