What will your day look like?
In the role as our new Data Lead, you become responsible for ensuring the next level of data leverage for some of the world’s biggest brands. You will be placed in one of our client hubs, where you will be the main go-to source for data inspiration, from BI to machine learning and AI. Your job will be to drive our efforts forward and ensure our relevance and footprint when our clients continue to grow. While you drive results through the team, you are also an integral part of our deliveries. More specifically, this involves:
- Leading solutions/POCs for analytics, reporting and automation
- Using, developing, and maintaining best practice across clients
- Coaching, assisting and advising on data models and scoping of new projects
- Providing answers and insights to business-related questions via ad hoc data analysis.
Who are you going to work with?
You join a team of hands-on highly skilled data scientists, consultants and engineers who are passionate about data. We are all about unlocking insights from data through analytics and making that insight applicable in 1:1 data-driven communication and CRM. Your work will be depending on collaboration with the broader team which means you get to collaborate closely with experts from our Technology, Creative, and Client teams.
What do you bring to the table?
As a person, you are outgoing and love being part of interdisciplinary projects and solutions. You are eager to learn and quick to understand the complexity of high-tech dialogue solutions. Your experience from client-facing roles and consulting has provided you with strong presenter skills. You have a team player mind-set and are used to collaborate closely with different stakeholders. If you have agency experience and marketing domain knowledge, it’s an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior consultant/business liaison role related to data, business intelligence, analytics or reporting solutions
- experience within database and data model design for business intelligence and analytics solutions in the Microsoft stack, preferably cloud-based (Azure)
- skills in SQL/SSAS/R/Power BI/Tableau or similar tools
- solid English capabilities.
