What will your day look like?

As a Solution Consultant, you will help our clients grow by researching, analyzing, understanding and documenting client needs and solutions. More specifically, your tasks would include: 

  • Analyze and document client business requirements for marketing automation and personalization solutions, taking into account the client business strategy and objectives as well as technical, data, organizational and creative context.
  • Research, evaluate and document new technology vendors and products in the market to help evaluate the potential fit with WT offering and client business requirements.
  • Research, document and evangelize best practice solutions to our client account teams to help increase the take-up of best practice across our clients.

Who are you going to work with?

In the Solution Consulting team, we help our clients connect business and technology by analyzing business requirements and creating solution designs and roadmaps to put in place the technology that meet their needs. As a junior member of the Solution Consulting team, you will work closely with the Solution Consultants and Directors on the team, who will introduce you to our approach, capability models, frameworks and blueprints.

In client projects you will play an integral role working alongside Account Directors, Data Specialists, Business Consultants and Content Strategists to research, analyze, understand and document client technology needs and solutions.

With your base in our office in Copenhagen you will become part of a passionate team of competent colleagues that always go the extra mile to help each other deliver to the client. As a Solution Consultant, we don't expect you to have 20 years of experience, but we do expect you to bring the right talent, mindset and personality.

You are an easy-going and likeable person that is pro-active, independent, responsible, helpful and a team player that enjoys working with a team towards a common goal.  You always do your best to deliver the best possible solutions despite any challenges that may arise.

You have a deep interest in digital technology, you are curious and a fast learner, your thinking is structured and analytical, yet creative in problem solving and adaptable to quickly changing project contexts and goals.

You are comfortable presenting and communicating complex technology solutions in speech, writing and PowerPoint to both tech and business people, and interacting with client stakeholders on all levels (all in English).

In addition you have:

  • Professional experience with marketing automation, personalization and digital marketing technology.
  • A basic understanding of marketing processes, organization and value creation.
  • Prior experience with requirements documentation and fit-gap analysis is plus.
