Operations Manager with strong business acumen and people management experience

What will your day look like? 

As our new Operations Manager in our Marketing Operations department, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of a busy digital marketing team. In addition to people management and recruitment duties, you will also take part in strategic planning and product conceptualizations.

You will play a crucial part in growing our Bangkok office, work closely with a Producer, and report directly to the Regional Operations Lead. More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Client relationship management  
  • Overseeing daily team operation and workload distribution  
  • Motivate, lead and develop staff members 
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements  
  • Supporting the Regional Operations Lead on global operations  
  • Providing support on monthly reporting. 

Since we operate in a global environment with global clients covering multiple time zones, we expect you to be flexible with a can-do attitude. 

Who are you going to work with? 

You will be part of the management team in the Marketing Operations department, with colleagues from all over the world, supporting multiple functions, from client services and innovations, to data insights and HR/Finance.  

Locally, you will be responsible for a competent team of approx. 10-15 employees, operating as the link between the team and our various in-house departments.  

We work closely together with our colleagues in Copenhagen (HQ) as well as our other office locations in Toronto and Lisbon. We are proud of our multicultural environment and easy-going, yet dynamic atmosphere where we not only work together but have great fun as well. 

What do you bring to the table? 

You are proactive, energetic, and self-motivating which in turn enables you to lead and motivate others. Due to your experience, you are value-add oriented and can spot and workshop new business opportunities for your clients. In addition, you have: 

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships (4+ years) 
  • Experience with people and performance management as well as recruitment (3+ years)  
  • Experience with digital production, commercialization of services or process optimization 
  • Strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders  
  • Proven project management skills  
  • Excellent communication skills in English. 

Ideally you come from a marketing consultancy background with an international presence.
