Office Administrator

Then you might be our new Office Administrator in our Bangkok office.

What will your day look like?

As our new Office Administrator, you will first be introduced to our systems and workstreams.This is a entry-level position, so once you are armed with the knowledge you need; your daily tasks will include: 

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to Global Marketing Operations team  
  • Acting as a liaison with the HR teams in Bangkok and our other global offices
  • Organizing important and confidential documents
  • Working independently and/or within a team on internal projects
  • Preparing weekly and monthly internal reports and assisting with basic financial reporting using MS Excel 
  • Following up with internal stakeholders and suggesting improvements to our operational processes 
  • Process expenses, receipts and other confidential documents
  • Assist with HR processes and recruitment-related paperwork
  • Communicate with vendors, colleagues and customers

In our Bangkok office, you will join a team of 35+ talented specialists who are always ready to help each other. We work very closely with our colleagues in Copenhagen, Toronto and Lisbon where 300+ employees in Marketing Operations are currently located. What do you bring to the table?

You are proactive and pay great attention to detail. You find it easy to learn new programs with your logic and structured mindset. You can prioritize multiple tasks and at the same time, maintain a structured overview. In addition, we expect that you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree within the field of Business Administration, Finance or similar 
  • Excellent English communication skills  
  • Work experience in an international/multicultural environment is a plus 
  • Experience working with Excel or equivalent   
  • A self-motivated and problem solver-mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time 
  • Ability to work with both routine and more complex tasks
