Administrative Assistant with a financial services background

What will your day look like? 

As our new Administrative Assistant, you will first be introduced to our systems and work streams. Armed with the knowledge, your daily tasks will include:   

  • Providing administrative and clerical support  
  • Prepare weekly and monthly internal reports   
  • Performing basic data analysis tasks in MS Excel  
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders and suggest improvements. 

This role is full time (40 hours/week) and suitable for a junior administration professional with 1-2 years’ experience. Flexible availability is expected with some shifts covering evenings, weekend and holidays.

In our Bangkok office, you will join a team of about 20 talented specialists who are always ready to impart their knowledge and support each other in a friendly work environment. We work very closely with our colleagues in our head office based in Copenhagen, where 200+ employees in Marketing Operations are currently located.

What do you bring to the table? 

As a person, you are proactive and pay great attention to detail. You enjoy problem solving and approach these with a structured mind-set. You find it easy to learn new programs and can prioritize many different tasks at the same time. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required for this role. In addition, we expect that you have:  

  • A bachelor’s degree within the field of business administration, finance or similar  
  • 1+ year of experience with administrative tasks in an international organization   
  • Excellent communication skills in English    
  • The ability to multitask and manage time  
  • A resourceful and problem solver-mindset  
  • A wish to work with both routine and more complex tasks. 

Demonstrated experience working with financial tasks such as budget management, accounts receivable/accounts payable is a plus.
